Refund policy

 

Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase. 

Should you wish to return the product, the box should not be damaged or open. You cannot return the product, if it has been opened, used, or damaged after the delivery of the product to you. If none of the given terms are breached, you can return the product in accordance with this Agreement with proof of purchase (receipt).  

In the event of noticing any discrepancy with the description of the product, please contact us at info@nairian.ca. You can ask our employees to replace the product purchased by you with another product. If you would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days after receipt of the order at your own expense (for shipping).

*ATTENTION*: Payment for delivery is not refunded upon return of the product. If the delivery was made for free based on special orders on the website, delivery price will be deducted from the return price in accordance with the delivery price rate posted on the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
