Terms of Use
This Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) is concluded between you (hereinafter, also the Visitor) (an individual who has visited the website and/or uses nairian.ca website (hereinafter, the “Website”)) and “Nairian Canada” (hereinafter, “Nairian”). The words “we”, “our”, “us” mentioned in the Agreement refer to Nairian, and the words “you”, “your” refer to the Visitor.
The terms related to visiting this website by you and/or the conditions of usage of this website are regulated by this Agreement, and by visiting the website and/or by using the website in any way you give your permission to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
Nairian has a right to make amendments to the Agreement unilaterally and without prior notice. After such amendments by visiting the website and/or using it in any way you confirm your consent to these amendments.
Delivery
Nairian shall do its utmost to provide for the timely delivery of the products purchased by you. Exceptions shall include the cases of late delivery, which are the fault of the company conducting the delivery.

Communication
If you have chosen to receive electronic newsletter of Nairian when registering on our website, then along with the newsletter, you may receive news and information about special offers by Nairian.
You can opt out from receiving such mail by clicking on “Unsubscribe”, which can be found at the bottom of such mail. After unsubscribing, you will not receive mail from Nairian any more, except for messages confirming your order.

Prices
Though the prices are regularly reviewed on the website, in some cases discrepancies between the price mentioned on the website and the final price may occur.
In the event of noticing differences of the price, please send us a letter to info@nairian.ca.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property to all information posted on the website (including photos, attached description, design) belongs to Nairian, except for the intellectual property which belongs to third parties as a sole owner or co-owner.
The name and logo of Nairian are registered trademarks and are protected in accordance with RA laws.

Nairian shall not be liable for damages incurred by you as a result of using the website. This does not exclude the liability of Nairian with regard to harm incurred by you as a result of using Nairian products.
